Healthy and Light Recipes for Lockdown

The Covid-19 virus has put the whole world to stand still. The government of India has put the people of India under lockdown for 21 days and this will most probably increase. This has been done as a precaution against coronavirus warnings. During this lockdown, it is essential that we keep ourselves healthy by taking in healthy food. In this article, I have collected a lot of healthy recipes that we must try during the lockdown: –

Sambar Dal

This healthy stew is prepared with chickpeas, legumes and variety of spices. A serving of Sambar Dal contains 50 calories, 2.6g carbohydrates, 1.8g fat and 15.0g protein.

Rajma

This North Indian dish is prepared with red kidney beans and thick gravy. It is very spicy and served with rice and roti. A serving of 114g cup has 120 calories and 5g of proteins.

Arhar Dal
